Effective July 29, 2026. This policy explains how Butler Compute handles data from inference endpoints, rented compute nodes, website visits, and inquiries.
Zero-retention inference
We do not store endpoint prompts, outputs, tool calls, embeddings, or uploaded content. Request content is processed in memory and discarded after the response; it is not used for training or evaluation.
We may retain non-content usage records, including model, time, token counts, latency, status, and cost. We use these records for metering, billing, reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
Compute nodes
Customers control their workloads and data. We do not inspect, copy, sell, or use customer data for training. Storage is sanitized before hardware is reassigned. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, customers are responsible for backups, access controls, encryption, and regulatory requirements.
Website and inquiries
This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, or browser storage. The contact form prepares an email in your browser, and we receive its contents only if you send it. Our web server may retain basic access logs for security and reliability for up to 30 days.
Sharing and requests
We do not sell or rent personal data. We disclose it only to service providers supporting our operations, when legally required, or to protect customers and systems.
