Effective July 29, 2026. These terms apply to this website and requests for Butler Compute services. Paid service begins only after written confirmation and may be governed by a separate agreement.
Service requests
Published configurations, pricing, performance, and availability may change. An inquiry does not reserve capacity or create an order; the final scope and price are confirmed in writing. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
Acceptable use
Use our infrastructure lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, disrupt other systems, or bypass security controls. You are responsible for your workloads, data, users, and required software licenses. We may suspend activity that threatens our infrastructure or others.
Data and ownership
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle endpoint traffic, compute-node data, website visits, and inquiries. You retain ownership of your workloads and data. Butler Compute retains ownership of its website and branding; third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.
Liability and changes
Website information is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Butler Compute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; service-specific warranties and limits are set by the applicable agreement.
